Shipping Guide
• In the case of international shipping, it differs depending on the type of products, weight (including box weight) and quantity.

• PayPal payment requires that shipping address information on our website and your PayPal account needs to be matched.
• International shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Thus, import taxes, custom duties, fees, and additional customs clearance charge must be fully fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. In this regards, if recipient refuses to receive products, cost such as shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange & Return Guide
• Please proceed after contacting our customer center for cancellation, exchange, or return made after your payment.
• For exchange and return due to customer's change of mind, the customer must pay for shipping fee.(Except defect of products and delivery error)
• All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
• Please be advised that in the following cases below, Products can not be returned or exchanged.

Refund Guide
